Terms of Service & Service Level Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the access and use of RelayCDN streaming infrastructure, edge points of presence, APIs, and bandwidth routing services. By registering for an account or transmitting traffic through our network, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

RelayCDN provides an enterprise uptime guarantee of 99.99% for Scale Tier accounts and 99.999% for Enterprise Tier accounts across our global edge PoP network. Uptime is measured by synthetic round-trip probes executed every 10 seconds against edge ingress gateways.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our edge network is engineered for legal media streaming, video broadcast ingestion, WebRTC conferencing, and content delivery. Users may not use RelayCDN infrastructure to:

• Launch Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network port scanning, or malicious packet amplification.
• Transmit content that infringes upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights without proper licensing.
• Distribute malware, unauthorized surveillance payloads, or illicit exploits.

3. Bandwidth Billing & Metering

Bandwidth billing is calculated strictly based on egress gigabytes delivered to client devices and downstream player nodes. Inbound video ingestion via gRPC, WebSockets, or HTTP/3 is unmetered. Any overages are calculated at monthly cycle close at the standard plan rates.

4. Limitation of Liability

RelayCDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from network connectivity outages caused by upstream Tier-1 transit disruptions, undersea cable failures, or acts of government regulation beyond our reasonable control.

5. Abuse and DMCA Reporting

As a technical network conduit, RelayCDN expeditiously reviews properly formatted DMCA copyright and abuse notices submitted to:
